After a painless vaccination my baby is having a fever around 98.5...should I give paracetamol to my baby or not because 98 is considered to be normal body temperature.

A. hi no ,its not fever there is no need of peracetamol drops. just keep him hydrated by giving enough breastfeeding. if child get temperature around 100f or above ,please visit your pediatrician.
