after 3rd immunization i hv give paracetamol to my baby but still she is having pain n swelling in on upper thies. what to do??

A. repeat paracetamol 6 hourly put ice cube and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
