It may be habit to pulling ear..
Ear wax, ear infection, may be reason for it ..high fever, start to wake up from sleep, excessive crying in that case do Consult ENT specialist doctor.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum first of all you should look for any kind of redness or swelling on the ear of the baby in that case you should consult with a doctor immediately if baby is crying even in that case there must be some infection if not then this is because of the teething
