actually my son is suffering from cold and cough and high fever too ...but now it reduce he is having only cough only during sleep time . he ll cough continuously for half and hour later he ll be ok ...so what ll be the reason doctor and what I can offer him

A. just steam for any. Steam will be helpul in Cough and nasal blockage . Also can use nasoclear nasal drop or nasovion nasal drop for nasal blockage and them give steam to baby . If any respiratory difficulty then conult a pediatrician .
