Actually mari beti 11 months ki h bt kbhi kbhi jb wo soo rahi hoti h to uske hath garm hote h bahut ya kbhi kbhi uska sir garm lgta h hmko bt fever nhi hota aur puri body normal hoti h ye koi prblm to nhi h na nd uska weight 7.5 h to age k according theek h

A. this is common in babies to have warm extremities It is quite common that in small babies the head will be having largest surface area naturally there is more blood supply to the head similarly both palms and soles will be having more blood supply they are warmer for feeling it is not fever no need of any medicines And they will be sweating also to regulate body temperature
