If by the age of 10 years also your child speech is not clear I think it would be good for you to consult a speech therapist they’ll tell you if there’s a glitch in the speech and if any kind of a therapist are going to be beneficial and if any other issue associated with speech if You Are facing you’ll have to discuss it with Dr all of them in detail
