try to provide different food with different taste and texture. listen to the cues of hunger and then provide food. avoid force feeding.

keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
use natural herbs and spices like ginger, garlic, ajwain seeds etc while making food for your child,it will work as natural appetizer.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time.
