aaj 3rd day h mere baby ka fever nhi utr rha medicine deti hu tb tk thoda sa norml hota h wapis ho jaata h 4-5 hrs me ...kitne din tk fever rhna norml hota h

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicihne can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be gbeneficial too to bring the temperature down .
