Q.

A normal cough and cold , which cough syrup to give to 3.8 year old kid. No fever .But cough is more in the night with running nose sometimes.

A. please give cheston cough syrup 2.5 ml Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

A. Hi parent please give Luke warm water for drinking please give daily massage on chest and limbs with mustered oil with infusion of garlic pod please give daily sun light exposure please give cup of warm milk with haldi and pinch of salt twice a day
