maintain hydration by feeding well at regular intervals. you may give semi solids once in a dat8, rest ct breast feeding

Baby should pass out urine 6-8 times in a day.
Passing out urine 15-20 times in a day is also normal.
Once ur baby completes six months then u can introduce semi solids and water.
