RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 week agoA. It should be at least 4.5 kg more than the birth rate of your child so let me tell you your that it is expected that the child should gain at least minimum of 500 g every month on that basis if you value it should be 4 1/2 kg more than the birth weight
