9 months old baby boy suffering from loose motions,mild fever .. is it because of teeth growth in this stage or anything else.. what can I do ?

A. most probably its dye to teething. do give gum massage. increase breast feeding, you may give him enterogermina repsule. offer her stool binder food. all tge best
