Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.
PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. hello...It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken, eggs-i started at eight months as no family history of allergy), and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
