SUBHADEEP KAYALFather of a 9 m old girl5 days agoA. I am not a dietician, but being a parent of 10 months old daughter I will tell you what we give to our child as full day meal.
Breakfast- Homemade Cerelac. It is very easy. Take some makhanas, almonds, cashews, plain oats and roast them in low flame. Then grind that well.
After 2 hours we give her some fruits like banana or Mosambi or Pomegranate etc.
Lunch- Most of the day its vegetable khichdi. Take handful of rice, seasonal veggies and dal. Boiled them well. Don't add salt.
Dinner- Same as lunch. But you can change. Your goal is to give baby proteins and vitamins

From the age of nine months onwards I would recommend you to start giving all the force to the child whatever has been traditionally made at home for your whole family plus plenty of proteins are definitely a lot advisable to be given to the child Write Your Answer Here
