Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day .

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. Ideally, 8 years kid ko 2 times or 2 cups of milk peena chahiye. Full day mein 500-550 ml milk enough hota hai. Milk mein present calcium bahut important hain healthy growth and development of teeth and bones, therefore make sure ki child atleast itna milk intake toh le hi everyday.
