Give 2 major meal and one snack a day
Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand to ur baby

You can give according to your babies diet. There is not any fixed quantity now. Now your baby Is seven months old and you can give many things in babies regular diet plan. Now you should try to give at least four meals in a day so maintain a diet plan according to that
