7 month baby how to cnfrm that bm is sufficient for her or not.. samanteously am started crcl home made and outside.. shall I start dairy milk likewise nandini

Yes If you want you can start dairy milk but that should be the lighter version of dairy milk that you should be so between the full cream and the double toned milk I think that would be the right option to go as of now and if your child is gaining weight properly that means your child is getting sufficient breastfeed from you
