Baby ka expected hai to almost double their birth weight by age of 4 to 6 months & later triple.by age of 1.
you can give semi solid and mashed foods , add ghee to their meals , curds , can be given , rice , dal , home made cerelac , ragi etc
alao steamed vegetables , fresh fruits
