Start giving food to the child and this age which is what is important and that is what is going to be helpful in weight of the child you can give all kind of dairy products to the child you can give proteins to the child and that is what is going to be good for overall weight gain and root of your child you should give all kind of fruits and vegetables every day into the diet of your child which is very important
