Hello mom You can make the powder of it you just get some ragi grains and then you can just wash them and sprout them then you need to sun-dry and once that is done dry roast them and then make it a fine powder sieve it and store it in a tight container , if it is not possible you can get sprouted ragi powder from the market also, take some powder and mix it well with some water in a small bowl first and then add this to boiling water .. and cook till you get a consistency you wish to and then add some salt or jaggery and ghee to it
