Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

yes you can.
but please prefer homemade cerelac which is made up of mung dal and rice.
then as baby accept it well ,you can start adding different pulses and ingredients in it.
