Diaper should be used in baby with all precautions specially in mansoon season as the skin is highly sensitive to infection & allergy . 
A deliberate use of mousturisation with a good lubricant or a petrolium jelly is important.
Frequently checking the diaper and changing is required as it will reduce the chances of infection and friction over skin leading to rashvhes. 
Tight cloths and unnecessary layer of cloths can be a cause of diaper rash which should be avoided. Use cottohn clothes . humidity should be avoided 
Diaper free interval for at least 2-3 hrs in a day is important too .
