5 yrs old boy is suffering from stomach pain after having his food since 3 days. can you please suggest the medicine for him.

Domastal you can give her stomach pain but if it is happening continuously then I don’t think so you should ignore it you should consult your doctor once for a proper checkup and further medication or if there is an issue accordingly they can guide you with what treatment you need to follow
