5 yr baby girl caugh syrup plz suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly give syrup allegra /histafree 5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin / ambrodil s 5 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days thenx kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
try to prevent temperaturez variations around the child that is prevent hot to cold and cold to hot weather.
