hii my son 4 year one mnth old and he suffer from caugh pls suggest best caugh syrup and antibiotic syrup

Cherricof you can give to the check further if any kind of other medication would be required or not your doctor can suggest you on that currently I’m just recommend you to use something which is totally suitable for the child as it’s a basic mild syrup
