5 months baby loose stools for many times which medicines I use

A. it may be any git inf. Loose motion is mainly due to some viral infection . And is treated by just probiotics like enterogermina and o r s to drink for prevention of any type of dehydration . If any vomiting then vomikind can be given for that . Also avoid milk .
