RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl4 weeks agoA. One drop into each nostril can be used and you can repeat it after five or six hours if if there is a need put a small pillow under the head of the child which is not much thick it will help me elevating the head of the child and it will be easier for the child to breathe better
