Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling annd pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated  and can be easily missed out most of the time .

Hello dear parent! Keep observing your baby for any discomfort symptoms like nausea or crankiness or fever or not taking feeds. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand.
