ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. No, dear mum, 5 months old baby should not be given any food. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. There is no advantage of early introduction of top food.

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi...babies should be exclusively breastfed for the first six months. breastmilk contains all essential nutrients and water that is required for healthy growth and development of your baby. Once baby turns six months old you can give solid food to your baby till then just keep breastfeeding.
