AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 months agoA. Hi mom average weight of 4 year should be 14 kgs.. give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee, dry fruits, banana shake,rice ,potatoes, sweet potato,egg,ragi,avocado etc in diet for weight gain
