It is still too much you should get a check with your doctor because in a day looking at the age of your child also your child would not have more than 15 ML in a day that too with a gap of 6 to 8 hours so I suggest you to kindly consult a doctor because the child has had medicine for more than three days in a go which is harmful for the child
