4 years old girl pass hard potty...one day gap...plz suggested me

A. I’m hard motion and constipation both your child is suffering from and that’s usually due to lack of fibre and fluids in the body so kindly focus on a diet which is highly rich in fibre and fluid along with that you should apply some castor oil in the navel of the child when your child goes to sleep that is going to be good and start the day with a glass of warm water and make your child sit in malaasana and then let your child have it
