4 months old baby crying a lot I am pick him on shoulder after 15-20 mim she passes some watery poop or fart and after that only she stop crying but still fussy this happen fr 3 days and only at day not night but this happen every after 1 or 2 hours what is the reason she completely on breast milk no change imy diet what is wrong with her

A. not related to the diet of the mother bbsmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
