4 months baby boy is having 5 to 6 times of motion, is it because of heat . baby boy is more on formula milk

A. 5 to 6 times motion is completely normal if it is not a loose motion or regular one is completely fine but if there is a loose motion then there could be multiple reasons associated with that in that case you should consult your doctor
