after 3 days of discharge from hospital I took my baby from hospital yesterday to my in laws which was a long ride of 8 hours....
1 During journey I noticed white lumpy mucus in her nose which had been removed automatically
2 during and after journey baby's temperature increased specially legs which was sensed by hands no thermometer used
3 baby is not passing stool after coming here .... so hasn't did potty from past 24 hours
Now baby is crying when she is awake and didn't trying to suck while breastfeeding and pacifying after taking formula milk which is increasing baby's mother's tension...
I don't have paediatrician nearby... please help and suggest that how could I check what is the problem and how to rectify and make everything fell well
Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone. hii
other reasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
