yes but what kind of problem, rashses,boils, patches?
infact , Such skin condition needs physical examination of a child,I would suggest to visit your pediatrician for once.
please avoid using any cosmetics
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
