37weeks of pregnancy I have pain in my left thigh? nd constipation also.... why pain ...nd a sign of contractions?

This is all because of hormonal changes in body during pregnancy. And constipation is very common during pregnancy so you should not worry about it at all just continue following the instructions given by your gynaecologist. And if you are having extreme pain then in such case you should definitely consult with your doctor about it
