Hello What do you mean by saying which baby I mean you really believe in all these things that if there is certain kind of a placenta than it is going to denote that it is a boy or it is a girl and if you are thinking it exactly like this and you are mistaken you can never figure it out whether it is a boy or a girl till the time the baby does not come out
