3 years old boy having dry cough and small pimples on his face please suggest me

U can give sinarest syrup for dry cough to ur baby. This will help to give relief.
Secondly apply calamine lotion on the face to get rid of the pimples
It will be fine.
U can apply himalaya calamine lotion .
