3 months old girl baby, yellow wax like liquid outcome from her left ear after bath. is this normal?

Yes this is normal. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, no signs of pain in ear then no need to worry. Just clean the ear from outside using soft cotton cloth. Take care
