3 months old baby 4.3 weight he is on fm nd he is thin all are saying due to fm he is thin is this true

Give adequate feeding
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
