3 month old baby keep on sleeping. Is it okay to sleep the entire night without feed During day she is feeding only with the gap of 5 hours. Is this okay

A. hello mom check her weight as to how well she is gaining , at times the feed is quite filling in nature and hence it keeps the baby full also
