Q.
3 month baby's body is very warm (specially head is very hot) but if we measure temprature it is 96F. body temprature is not even reaching 98 or 99. why it is so and what needs to be done

That’s Find because the body temperature of a child can be a little warmer then our body temperature and that’s considered completely normal since you said that the temperature is under control it’s 94.5° or something that means your child is not having fever so relax there is nothing to be worried about
