3 days back my baby taken a vaccin from tomorrow he got cough. what should I do

A. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and he has received his vaccinations and he got a cough so give him 2 ml syrup Ascoril Ls three times a day and there’s no any relationship between countries and vaccinations
