ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. it can be around 10 - 13 kg Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

Now the weight should be anywhere between 12-13 kgs...Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses ,cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
