2 year baby having issue while passing stool… taking to much time and it’s too long and hard

A. hi dear As long as your baby's poos are soft and easy to pass, and she's acting like her usual self, there's no cause for concern if she's pooing after every feed. However, frequent pooing can sometimes be a sign of diarrhoea. Your baby may have diarrhoea if: Her poo is very runny or watery with no lumps in them.
