A. I believe sometimes when kids eat well and don’t gain weight there are multiple reasons behind it most commonly we have seen loss of appetite associated with teeth coming second could be that your child is probably not liking the taste of the food third could be that your child is having nutritional deficiency or constipation or digestion related issues so check with the doctor
