A. hi first , maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time. Use natural herbs and spices like ginger, garlic, ajwain seeds etc while making food for your child. you can offer few sips of water or soup before one hour of meal time which will help to boost your child metabolism and increase your child appetite. Encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him or her feel hungry
