Yes They do not have the years kids do not have tears for at least six months when they cry and that’s completely normal and if any time you see the tears are coming and that’s due to tear blocked tear duct Block like I mentioned in the previous message

They Do not have tears so I think your child is tear ducts may have been blocked which is why your child is having to use so you can just do a massage on the nose of the child right between the eyes areas that is going to help in opening them up
