This requires proper eye vevaluation so in order to clear all your doubts regarding this and to get a proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach to get a proper treatment regarding this.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. They Do not have tears so I think your child is tear ducts may have been blocked which is why your child is having to use so you can just do a massage on the nose of the child right between the eyes areas that is going to help in opening them up
