2 din se meri bchhi khas ri hai use fever bhi hai dwai dene pr fever utr jata hai or fir se fever ajata hai enta khas ti ek minute ke liye bhi rukhti nhi kya kru mai khuch smj nhi aa raha plz help me

A. U Should immediately be consulting your doctor the doctor can only advise you with the right medicine that you should be giving to the child once your child starts feeling better than your child’s appetite is going to be better your child is going to eat and drink well after that
